Junction is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, making patient data accessible, actionable, and automated across labs and devices. As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify potential customers, drive outbound efforts, and help scale the company's go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Finding and reaching out to potential new customers via email, LinkedIn and other tools
- Qualifying these potential customers and providing useful context before setting up calls
- Driving outbound efforts to make sure we have a steady flow of leads coming through
- Running market research to understand industry news and potential new customers
- Incorporating AI tools and automation into your workflow to get more done with less friction
- Managing our customer relationship tool so all information is in one place
- Sharing outbound and pipeline progress with the leadership team regularly
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales development experience, preferably in the healthcare or technology industries
- A natural networker - you have a process to generate leads in whatever environment you've been working in
- Proactive and persistent with ambitious goals You get energy from understanding people's needs and drivers
- Writing concise, compelling outreach messages to break through the noise is your thing
- You're excited about our product and our mission - you want to make healthcare better
- You have experience in an early stage startup environment
- You have experience generating leads for healthcare companies in the US
- You know how to manage a sales funnel using different tools
