Echo Networks is a technology company specializing in VoIP phone systems and network infrastructure. They are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated B2B Phone Sales Person to generate new business leads, build client relationships, and close sales deals to achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business phone sales leads through research, cold-calling, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Identify client needs and provide solutions through our business phone products
- Develop and deliver sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A computer or laptop to login to CRM and log sales activity
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools a plus
