Job Summary 
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in process redesign, business process re-engineering, and intelligent automation (RPA). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transforming business processes, creating automation-ready documentation, building quantified business cases, and collaborating with executive stakeholders and automation delivery teams. 
Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of Business Analysis, Process Re-engineering, or Operations Consulting experience.

• 5+ years supporting RPA/Intelligent Automation initiatives.

• Hands-on experience creating Process Definition Documents (PDDs).

• Expertise in BPMN process mapping (As-Is & To-Be).

• Strong experience with:

  • SIPOC & Value Stream Mapping

  • Business Rule Catalogs & Decision Trees

  • Exception Handling Models & Registers

  • Control Point Mapping

  • Benefits Realization Planning

• Proven experience redesigning business processes with measurable business outcomes.

• Experience building and presenting quantified business cases to Finance and executive leadership.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Telecom Infrastructure, Tower, REIT, Real Estate, Lease Administration, or Field Operations domain experience.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms.

• Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.

• Experience using Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, or Task Mining tools.

• Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).
