Product Manager

Mobile Apps US is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with strong Healthcare Provider domain expertise to lead AI-driven digital products across various platforms. The role involves owning the product vision, translating healthcare workflows into digital solutions, and collaborating with multiple teams to drive product delivery and modernization.

Responsibilities:

• Own product vision, roadmap, backlog, and Agile delivery
• Translate healthcare provider workflows into scalable digital solutions
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Figma AI, Miro) for product design and prototyping
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Architecture, Operations, and Business teams
• Drive provider data modernization, APIs, integrations, and platform improvements

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Healthcare Product Management/Product Ownership experience
• Strong knowledge of Provider Lifecycle, Credentialing, Contracting, Network Management, Claims, and Member workflows
• Expertise in Agile, user stories, backlog management, and product roadmaps
• Experience with Provider Data (NPI/TIN), APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and AI-enabled product delivery
• FHIR, HL7, Provider Directory standards
• Graph-based modeling and observability frameworks
• Experience with AI-native healthcare products and enterprise platforms
