Marketing Manager

Accounting Seed is a Salesforce-native accounting solution that unifies CRM and Accounting in a single platform, and they are seeking a Marketing Manager to enhance their content and demand creation efforts. This role involves shaping the company's narrative through various marketing channels and driving lead generation and media engagement to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Source, produce, and manage customer case studies and success stories
• Own customer review strategy and management (Salesforce AgentExchange, G2, Capterra, and similar platforms) to build third-party credibility
• Plan and execute multi-channel prospect campaigns that support pipeline goals
• Partner with demand generation and revenue operations to ensure campaigns are measurable and tied to funnel outcomes
• Create press announcements for product launches, partnerships, and company milestones
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant media, analysts, and industry press
• Identify industry influencers and opportunities to further our message through partnership
• Own organic social strategy and calendar across LinkedIn (primary) and other relevant channels
• Use social to amplify brand narrative, thought leadership, PR wins, and customer proof
• Work with internal employees and partners to support our messaging
• Own and evolve Accounting Seed's narrative and messaging across channels
• Create high-impact content that shapes the conversation around AI-native, Salesforce-unified accounting and establishes Accounting Seed as the category leader
• Manage the marketing relationship with Salesforce as a key ISV partner
• Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities, including AgentExchange visibility and other Salesforce ecosystem programs
• Stay current on Salesforce marketing and partner program changes that affect ISV visibility

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of marketing experience spanning content, lead generation, PR/communications, social, and campaigns (B2B SaaS strongly preferred)
• Compelling storyteller, comfortable producing modern, concise content; everything from a press release to a LinkedIn post to a customer case study
• Accounting or finance domain knowledge; comfortable with the language of CFOs and controllers
• Track record of driving active, vibrant, and lead-generating partnerships (press, partners, or customers)
• Self-starter who thrives with ambiguity and ownership in a fast-moving, resource-lean environment
• Excited by scale-up pace and PE-backed accountability; comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Experience with customer review platforms (G2, Capterra) and case study production
• Experience pitching press or working with a PR agency
• Familiarity with AI positioning in B2B software
• Experience marketing to SMB buyers
• Design/Canva proficiency
