ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, and they are seeking an Associate Manager, Marketing Campaigns to support workforce-focused initiatives within the U.S. Department of Labor. This role will manage outreach and awareness activities designed to engage industry and workforce audiences in support of federal programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage integrated communications and outreach activities in support of Department of Labor initiatives
- Support the development and implementation of awareness and outreach integrated marketing campaign strategies based on market research and data analysis
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing efforts across earned, owned, paid, and PSA
- Oversee strategic advertising placement and media booking to optimize message reach
- Collaborate with industry stakeholders and workforce partners to expand targeted outreach
- Manage multiple outreach projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines
- Supervise communications specialists and provide guidance across research, creative, and media activities
- Contribute to regular campaign performance reporting and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, data analysis, or a similar field
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns (5MM+), communications and partnership and outreach programs
- Experience conducting or applying market research and translating insights into actionable campaign strategies and plans
- Experience leading and managing integrated marketing efforts across earned, owned, and paid
- Experience overseeing advertising placement or media coordination
- Experience managing communications specialists or cross-functional project teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with industry stakeholders or partners in support of government
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting workforce development or employee-focused programs
- Experience developing campaign reports and presenting findings to clients
- Experience supporting Department of Labor or other federal agencies is a plus
