Business Analyst

AnewHealth is one of the nation’s leading pharmacy care management companies that specializes in caring for people with complex, chronic needs. The Business Analyst is responsible for evaluating operational challenges and delivering data-driven recommendations to improve business performance through data analytics and business intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex operational performance, identify root causes of business challenges, and develop actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and data visualizations that provide meaningful insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational trends
• Utilize SQL and business intelligence tools to extract, validate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple systems while ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Monitor labor productivity, workforce utilization, and operational efficiency metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and resource optimization
• Partner with operational leaders and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define analytical requirements, and develop scalable reporting solutions
• Present analytical findings, performance trends, and strategic recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
• Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements that enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and support organizational goals
• Develop and maintain reporting documentation, business definitions, and analytical processes to promote consistency and data governance
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve reporting logic, data structures, and business intelligence capabilities
• Support strategic initiatives through data analysis, performance measurement, and continuous process improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field required
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in business analysis, operational analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or a related analytical role
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Experience writing SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets
• Experience analyzing operational performance metrics and presenting findings to business leaders
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex business problems
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Strong understanding of KPI development, operational metrics, and performance measurement
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights and executive-level presentations
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels

• Experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy, logistics, or operations-focused organizations
• Experience with workforce planning, labor productivity analysis, or operational performance reporting
