Customer Service Associate - Remote

American Income Life Insurance Company is one of the main supplemental benefits companies in the nation with over 65 years of experience. They are seeking a dedicated Benefits Representative to assist customers with product and service information and develop a knowledge base of their offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Helping customers by providing product and service information
• Answer customer questions regarding their coverage
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Regularly review these agreements in an effort to develop a more cost-effective plan

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
