Regional Marketing Manager - Central

Axonius is a rapidly growing cybersecurity startup focused on transforming cyber asset intelligence into actionable insights. The Regional Marketing Manager - Central will be responsible for developing and executing localized demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth in the Central region, aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven regional marketing plan specifically for the Central to meet defined sales pipeline and revenue targets
• Execute core demand generation program types including digital campaigns, regional events (conferences/roadshows), webinars, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
• Track and measure the effectiveness (ROI) of all regional campaigns using marketing automation (Marketo/HubSpot/Splash) and CRM (Salesforce) data, providing regular KPI reports to leadership
• Align and enable the regional sales team by creating localized collateral, presentations, and outreach templates, and co-marketing with channel partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on regional or field marketing
• Proven experience developing and executing market-specific strategies in the Central regions
• Proficiency in utilizing both a major Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce)
• Experience marketing within the technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS industry sectors
• Demonstrated experience designing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
• Documented expertise in managing and reconciling a regional marketing budget
• Experience leading the planning and execution of regional trade shows and customer events
• Experience with localizing corporate content and case studies for a specific regional audience
• Post-graduate degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent advanced experience
