Industrial Infrastructure Sales Account Manager

Siemens is a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare, and they are seeking an experienced Account Manager for their Smart Infrastructure Systems Portfolio. The role involves building customer relationships and selling power distribution equipment in the industrial power market, while developing sales strategies and managing accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Employs Siemens’ global reach to impact decisions on projects that deliver solutions to U.S. customers
• Guides the development and execution of strategic account plans for industrial and utility customers to ensure the achievement of assigned business goals
• Builds collaborative project capture account teams and coordinates team activities
• Brings to bear industry expertise for guiding customer planning and budgeting on both product and electrical system sales

Requirements:

• 5+ years of successful sales of Industrial Transmission & Distribution applications with Medium & Low Voltage Switchgear, Panel Boards, and Switchboards with a proven record of delivering revenue and closing orders at key accounts
• Ability to travel up to 50%, primarily throughout the territory
• Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid U.S. driver's license with limited violations
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
• Engineering degree preferred
• Strong Customer Relationships with Industrial Harsh Duty / Heavy Process sites and/or Utility sites
