Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst will bridge business needs and technology solutions, partnering with stakeholders to analyze processes and improve systems to deliver outcomes that matter.

Responsibilities:

• Play a critical role in improving systems, supporting decision-making, and helping teams deliver outcomes that matter
• Support process improvement, system optimization, and effective delivery across cross-functional teams
• Help ensure business priorities are aligned with technical execution, enabling better decisions, stronger performance, and measurable impact across the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited College/University is required
• If the candidate does not possess a relevant four-year degree, an additional four years of relevant work experience will be required
• 6+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• Minimum 6 years' experience in IT
• Strong experience with systems supporting business functions related to Warehouse Management and Inventory Management
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum management tools such as VersionOne
• Familiarity with Incident and Change Management tools such as ServiceNow
• Ability to write a test plan covering multiple inter-related objects in a dynamic test environment
• Ability to write test scripts fully covering specific objects and executing those test scripts within a larger test plan
• Ability to coordinate individual test script execution within a medium to large team to ensure coordination of various data elements for different test scripts and ability to segregate results for all concurrent testers
• Use of Office Applications to document and communicate work efforts and test results including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Strong testing experience with Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports
• Strong SQL skills for validating data, building test scenarios, and supporting defect analysis
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka—understanding of message flows, schemas, and how data moves between systems
• Experience validating API behavior, request/response structures, and integration rules
