Business Analyst

Alpha Consulting Corp. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Product team as a key subject matter expert in dealership operations and Dealer Management Systems. The role involves collaborating with Product Management, dealers, and external partners to evaluate solutions, validate business requirements, and review project deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Management, dealers, internal stakeholders, and external development partners to validate business needs and proposed solutions
• Review and approve business requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and related project artifacts created by vendor Business Analysts
• Work daily with an external software development partner, including scheduled overlap during early Eastern Time business hours

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with a Dealer Management System (DMS)
• Direct experience with powersports or automotive dealerships
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and business processes
• Experience working with one or more DMS platforms such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, DX1, Client Project, or other dealership management systems
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Powersports dealership experience
• Marine, RV, agriculture, heavy equipment, or other dealership industry experience
• Experience working with outsourced or offshore development teams
