Lincare is a company focused on providing premier CPAP services, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their mission. The role involves communicating with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with physician directions.
Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
- Assesses customer need for additional products/services
- Assesses customer compliance with physician orders
- Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
- Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
- Enters customer orders in computerized system
- Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
Requirements:
- Experienced CSR with a love to serve our military customers and support our white glove CPAP services
- Must be based in the Mountain or Pacific time zones
