Customer Service Rep - Remote

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Rep to provide professional customer service in a remote setting. The role involves assisting with both customer-facing tasks and back-end support, ensuring a smooth order process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customer-facing team to deliver prompt, convenient, and professional customer service to assigned clients
• Assist team with back-end tasks, such as but not limited to, invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients
• Proactively manage order process

Requirements:

• The hybrid office location is required on resume to be considered
• Ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and process information to apply to client needs
• Strong analytical skills, along with excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• A minimum of one year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience is highly preferred
