Email Marketing Manager

Go Fish Digital is a modern marketing collective that supports specialized go-to-market agencies. They are seeking an Email Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to drive results for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies that drive engagement and sales for clients
• Design and craft visually compelling emails, ensuring they are optimized for mobile and desktop
• Manage audience segmentation, automation workflows, and A/B testing to maximize performance
• Analyze key email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and create data-driven reports
• Communicate email marketing strategies and performance insights to clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives
• Stay up to date with industry trends, email marketing tools, and emerging best practices

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing email marketing campaigns, preferably in an agency setting
• Strong copywriting skills, with experience creating engaging email content
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Expertise in email design (specific experience using Canva preferred)
• Experience with email automation workflows, segmentation strategies, and personalization tactics
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present email strategies and results to clients
• Experience working with eCommerce clients, including lifecycle marketing and promotional campaigns
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer retention strategies
• Understanding of email's role in broader digital marketing strategies, including paid media and SEO
• Google Analytics or HubSpot certification
• Familiarity with deliverability best practices, including domain authentication and spam filters
