Construction delivers efficient, financially competitive, whole of life, infrastructure. Our comprehensive knowledge of our project services and assets enables us to communicate and negotiate for the best long-term options to meet the needs of the ratepayers and residents of Brisbane.
Construction delivers an extensive range of specialist services in the areas of infrastructure, storm water drainage, bridge maintenance, transport network technologies, trades, land remediation, asset intelligence, lighting and facility services.
The Role
As a key member of the Branch Management Team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the performance, governance and strategic direction of Brisbane City Council's Construction Branch. Working closely with executive leaders, you'll provide high-level advice, oversee workforce and business planning initiatives, and ensure strategic priorities are effectively translated into operational outcomes.
This is a diverse and influential leadership opportunity where you'll lead business improvement initiatives, strengthen governance and risk management frameworks, and help shape the future direction of a branch responsible for delivering critical civil infrastructure outcomes across Brisbane. You'll work across a broad stakeholder network, bringing people, strategy and performance together to achieve lasting results.
