Product Management (Technical) Senior Manager

Allstate Insurance Co. is seeking a Product Management Senior Manager to oversee the lifecycle of multiple products in their portfolio. This role involves managing product vision, collaborating on marketing strategies, and engaging with customers to enhance product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Weigh alternatives and considers service and business implications of decisions
• Monitor budgets and operational effectiveness; develop strategies for adjusted courses of action
• Make build, buy and/or partner decisions to advance product strategy and maximize KPIs
• Partner with stakeholders inside and outside of the enterprise, and present to field teams and at events as the "product expert" for your defined product area
• Coach and mentor members of the team as well as members of the cross-functional development organization
• Lead development and recommendation of new techniques and processes to support innovative solutions
• Create, drive and execute holistic product strategy (i.e. not limited to software development) for 2 or more products in our growing digital product portfolio
• Define and manage KPIs to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy
• Engage in discovery/test & learn activities to quickly validate concepts as appropriate for backlog investments
• Invest significant time with current and potential customers to understand their needs & habits and to elicit their feedback to potential product concepts and/or released product iterations

Requirements:

• Define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of two or more products in Allstate's growing product portfolio
• Manage strategic product vision, product discovery and roadmaps to maximize the customer and enterprise value provided by their product
• Collaborate with a Product Marketing Manager to plan and execute an integrated marketing plan to support market awareness and adoption for their product
