Project Manager, Client Services (Evening Shift 1PM-9PM PST)

Lighthouse provides eDiscovery services and supports clients through complex litigation projects. The Project Manager, Client Services role manages eDiscovery cases by coordinating operational work across data intake, culling, processing, hosting, and production, while ensuring quality, scope, and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a good understanding of eDiscovery, market competitors and the tools used to support the industry
• Develop a thorough understanding of Lighthouse workflows, critical paths needed to progress work through the system and tools used by Lighthouse to manage workflows
• Communicate proper expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the pod’s work request queue
• Participate in process improvement initiatives as identified by pod leaders
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 4+ years of work experience with at least two years of eDiscovery experience
• Relativity experience required
• Strong analytical and logical skills
• Strong project management skills including the ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written or oral form
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a changing and growing workload
• Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table
• Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting
• Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends)
• Bachelor's degree (Masters or JD a plus)
• PMP certification a plus
