ERP Implementation Project Manager

Aclarian LLC is a rapidly growing software company that delivers modern ERP solutions for government organizations. They are seeking a highly motivated ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead complex software implementation projects, serving as a primary point of coordination between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP software implementation projects for government and public sector clients
• Develop and maintain project plans, implementation schedules, milestones, risk logs, decision trackers, and action item accountability
• Drive projects toward successful delivery while balancing scope, timeline, client readiness, and internal resource coordination
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings, recurring status meetings, executive steering committee meetings, implementation workshops, and issue resolution discussions
• Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and scope concerns early, escalating appropriately when needed
• Support go-live readiness planning, cutover coordination, and post-launch stabilization
• Serve as a primary implementation point of contact for assigned clients
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from department leads to executive leadership
• Communicate progress, expectations, risks, and recommendations clearly and professionally
• Help clients navigate implementation challenges, competing priorities, organizational change, and process redesign
• Lead difficult conversations with professionalism, diplomacy, and accountability
• Coordinate internal and external project teams, including: Functional Subject Matter Experts, Training Specialists, Software Developers, Quality Assurance Professionals, Integration Partners / Third-Party Vendors, Client Stakeholders
• Ensure effective communication and coordination across workstreams
• Translate business priorities into clear next steps for both technical and operational teams
• Help maintain momentum across complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Develop a strong understanding of Aclarian’s ERP platform, implementation methodology, and client business workflows
• Learn the business purpose behind software functionality in order to guide effective implementation conversations
• Recognize when client needs align with standard functionality versus configuration changes, custom development, or future enhancement opportunities
• Contribute to improving implementation processes, tools, templates, and delivery standards
• Share lessons learned and implementation best practices with the broader team
• Over time, take on increasing ownership of larger and more complex client implementations
• Support the continued growth and maturity of Aclarian’s implementation organization

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience supporting or leading ERP implementations, SaaS implementations, enterprise software deployments, financial systems projects, or similarly complex client-facing implementations
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, drive accountability, and maintain project momentum
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to quickly learn complex software platforms and business processes
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and operational teams
• Ability to remain composed, professional, and solutions-oriented under pressure
• ERP implementation experience
• Experience serving government organizations, municipalities, utilities, or other public sector clients
• Familiarity with accounting, budgeting, purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, or related business operations
• PMP certification or formal project management training
• Experience working in a growing software company environment
