Senior Marketing Operations Manager

ScaleNorth is a NetSuite Solution Provider and Outsourced NetSuite Accounting firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager. This role involves leading marketing and demand generation efforts, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all marketing activities spanning lead generation, tradeshows, vendor management, branding and more
• Manage department budgets and utilize in-depth reporting and analytics to ensure that marketing spend is being utilized in the highest ROI avenues available
• Serve as the face of demand generation within the organization and take ownership of helping the firm continue its significant YoY expansion
• Develop, execute, and refine our lead generation efforts spanning PPC, email marketing, SEO, AI search, LinkedIn, tradeshows, partner marketing and more
• Develop extensive knowledge of both NetSuite ERP, and ScaleNorth’s three service lines: NetSuite implementations, NetSuite consulting, and fractional accounting services
• Write compelling email, website, and advertising copy that drives conversions and educates our audience
• Manage and optimize lead nurturing programs to increase conversion rates and accelerate the sales cycle
• Utilize A/B testing and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HotJar, Semrush and Ahrefs to increase traffic, monitor user behavior and improve conversion rates
• Alongside our Digital Marketing Manager, oversee the relationship with our marketing vendors spanning SEO agencies, PPC agencies, and freelancers
• Advise vendors on our core strategies, manage budgets, and control timelines for delivery
• Review content provided by our SEO agency for accuracy and alignment with our core value proposition and NetSuite’s capabilities
• Draft fresh content for datasheets, blogs, web pages, videos, and more to highlight our value proposition and enable the sales team
• Identify opportunities for partnership
• Drive new partnership opportunities through outbound email and LinkedIn efforts
• Identify trade shows the firm can sponsor that align with our core value proposition and have potential for high ROI
• Manage the tradeshow execution including event planning, conference strategy, project management, and reporting
• Remain current on trends in AI and advise on opportunities to further deploy AI solutions into our marketing processes
• Work with our technical services team to design, test, and deploy high-impact AI solutions to streamline marketing operations and improve lead generation
• Take point on the reporting and analysis of our marketing efforts, including building weekly reports, highlighting strategic opportunities, and optimizing campaigns through data-driven insights
• Work alongside the sales team to provide omni-channel support to their outbound sales efforts
• Working with our internal designer, draft and create datasheets, deck slides, and infographics to assist the sales team in their pursuits
• Stay on top of demand generation best practices through blogs and training opportunities, and champion new initiatives to the team
• Continuously learn about AI, its impact on digital marketing, and use cases

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• Experience leading a team and managing vendor relationships
• 7 years of experience in B2B demand generation
• 5 years of proven project management experience
• Solid grasp of PPC, SEO, Web Design and Email marketing best practices
• Knowledge of NetSuite ERP or other ERP systems and financial infrastructure
• Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HotJar, Semrush, Ahrefs and/or similar
• MBA is a plus
• Experience speaking to the C-Suite and decision makers a plus
• Familiarity with ERP systems and/or Value-Added Resellers is a significant advantage
• 2+ years of experience working with B2B SaaS or Finance companies is a plus
