Product Marketing Manager

Publicis Sapient is a leader in performance marketing, known for its innovative technology and data solutions. They are seeking an experienced Part-Time Product Marketing Manager to support product launches, go-to-market execution, and customer communications during a period of increased business demand.

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end launch planning and execution for new products, features, and platform enhancements
• Develop go-to-market plans, positioning, messaging, and customer communication strategies
• Coordinate launch activities across Product, Sales, Client Services, Operations, Legal, and Marketing teams
• Track launch readiness and ensure timely delivery of launch assets
• Create customer-facing messaging, value propositions, FAQs, presentations, and support content
• Develop and maintain product documentation and enablement materials
• Partner with product managers to understand features and customer benefits
• Ensure messaging is consistent across customer touchpoints
• Create sales collateral, one-pagers, presentation decks, and training materials
• Support internal enablement sessions for client-facing teams
• Help translate technical functionality into clear business value for advertisers, publishers, and partners
• Draft customer announcements, release communications, webinar content, and educational materials
• Support communication plans for product releases and critical initiatives
• Collaborate with internal collaborators to ensure communication accuracy and alignment
• Contribute to high-priority cross-functional initiatives
• Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
• Help find opportunities to improve launch processes and customer adoption

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, Product Management, or a related role
• Demonstrated experience launching software, SaaS, advertising technology, marketing technology, or digital platform products
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating across technical, commercial, and operational teams
• Experience in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, partnerships, payments, SaaS platforms, or marketing technology
• Experience creating sales enablement and customer education materials
• Familiarity with product launch frameworks and change management practices
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with cross-functional collaborators
