Marketing Manager (Remote)

Knexus is at the forefront of AI development for the government, aiming to revolutionize how the government serves its citizens. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of their marketing strategy, translating complex AI capabilities into compelling narratives and leading strategic partner initiatives, particularly with Google.

Responsibilities:

• Partner Marketing Ownership: Serve as the primary marketing liaison with Google Cloud and channel partners, co-marketing strategic AI capabilities and leading joint growth initiatives. Build and execute an active public relations calendar to cultivate relationships with key defense tech journalists, trade publications, and industry analysts to secure earned media coverage
• Event & Field Marketing: Lead end-to-end strategy, messaging, content curation, and logistics for high-impact customer and industry events designed to generate qualified pipeline
• Marketing Lead Generation: Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and event ROI against concrete pipeline metrics
• Collateral & Sales Assets: Partner with BD leadership to write and design high-impact, opportunity-specific collateral for high-stakes client and partner meetings
• Master Deck Ecosystem: Maintain and evolve a modular, highly configurable master deck system tailored for diverse public sector and technology audiences
• Proposal & Visual Design: Collaborate with our Proposal Manager to produce high-quality graphics, visual callouts, and presentation assets for RFIs, proposals, and briefings
• Consistent Content Engine: Drive a steady monthly rhythm of polished marketing assets, case studies, and brand materials
• LinkedIn & Content Strategy: Own the day-to-day management and audience growth of our corporate LinkedIn channel with a consistent, engaging posting cadence
• Technical Copywriting & Editorial Filter: Partner with internal AI/ML engineers and data scientists to translate complex technical breakthroughs into clear, engaging content that balances professional authority with an authentic, approachable voice
• Website & PR Management: Oversee company website updates, media opportunities, press releases, and industry award submissions to elevate Knexus's industry visibility

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, corporate communications, or partner marketing within the technology sector
• GovCon & Public Sector Expertise: Solid understanding of the government contracting landscape, defense/national security ecosystems, and federal buyer personas. Proven track record of launching brand awareness campaigns and securing high-profile media placement within the technology and GovCon sectors
• Technical & AI Literacy: Strong track record marketing technical solutions (AI/ML, cloud, enterprise SaaS). Hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline marketing workflows is a strong plus
• Partner Alignment Experience: Direct experience running joint marketing efforts with major cloud providers (Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft)
• Design & Presentation Skills: Proficient with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Google Slides) to create polished visual graphics and presentation assets independently
• Exceptional Communication: Stellar copywriting and editing skills with a talent for converting dense technical concepts into sharp, persuasive narratives
• Action-Oriented Mindset: Self-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaign deadlines and cross-functional partnerships seamlessly
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
