CMS Product Manager

Patrianna is a fast-scaling product development company headquartered in Gibraltar that builds innovative technology and entertainment solutions for social gaming. The CMS Product Manager will lead the development and strategy of the company’s content management system, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, manage workflows, oversee testing, and drive continuous product improvement for gaming experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the CMS vision and strategy, aligning with broader business objectives and gaming content needs
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback to prioritize features and guide product decisions
• Collaborate with game development teams, designers, and content creators to ensure seamless content workflows
• Work with engineering teams to translate requirements into development tasks and manage the product backlog
• Lead user testing initiatives to refine features and enhance CMS usability and performance
• Track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of CMS platforms with understanding of core functionalities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical actions
• Outstanding communication skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Genuine passion for gaming with insights into game mechanics and player behavior
• Strong product management background with CMS or related software products, preferably in gaming
