Sales Development Representative

Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative for their global networking hardware and cybersecurity client. The role involves converting marketing leads into qualified opportunities and proactively reaching out to target accounts that align with the ideal customer profile.

Responsibilities:

• Drive pipeline growth: Prospect target accounts using email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate interest and schedule discovery meetings
• Identify key buyers: Research prospect accounts to identify decision-makers across diverse buying groups and industry verticals
• Collaborate for impact: Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize messaging, target strategies, and campaign performance
• Maintain precise data: Record all daily outreach activities, contacts, and lead statuses accurately in Salesforce and Gong
• Hit target goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity targets while representing the company in a professional, consultative manner

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales
• Proven prospecting skills: Familiarity with outbound strategies and lead qualification frameworks (such as BANT or MEDDIC)
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (such as Gong, Salesloft, or Outreach.io)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, engaging tone
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and engage comfortably with both business and technical stakeholders
• 2 years of experience in outbound calls
