Manager, Field Marketing Insights & Operations

Steno is a rapidly growing company transforming the litigation technology industry with innovative solutions. The Manager, Field Marketing Insights & Operations will oversee the operational aspects of the Field Marketing team, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement of marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

• Owns the operational foundation that enables the Field Marketing team's programs to grow
• Turns strategic vision into operational reality - translating priorities into repeatable execution, driving organizational effectiveness, and continuously improving how the team plans, executes, measures, and scales its programs

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in field marketing, event operations, or a program/operations management role within a B2B or revenue-driven environment
• Strong command of field marketing disciplines: events, partnerships, sponsorships, hospitality, experiential, regional, and account-based marketing
• Demonstrated experience building and executing field marketing programs before moving into operational leadership
• Owned complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end - from planning through execution and retrospective
• Think like an operator: see inefficiencies, build systems to fix them, and leave processes cleaner than you found them
• Comfortable in the data - can partner with RevOps to evolve attribution models, CAC reporting, and program performance measurement
• Managed or evaluated marketing technology stacks and know how to make tools work harder for the teams using them
• 1-2 years of people management experience and know how to develop talent, not just direct it
• Natural collaborator who earns trust quickly across sales, marketing, IT, and leadership
• Bring a coaching mindset - raise the operational thinking of everyone around you, not just your direct reports
