Remote - w2 only Sr. Data Business Analyst

Largeton Group is seeking a Senior Data Business Analyst to lead data conversion efforts from a legacy loan accounting system to FIS CLS. The role involves collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure data integrity and successful migration processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data conversion analysis for the migration from our legacy mainframe loan accounting system to FIS CLS
• Partner with business SMEs, FIS, and technical teams to define and document source-to-target data mappings, business rules, and conversion requirements
• Analyze legacy and converted data to validate completeness, accuracy, and financial integrity
• Lead reconciliation and balancing efforts to ensure converted data matches the legacy system throughout mock conversions and production readiness
• Identify data quality issues, investigate conversion variances, and drive root cause analysis and resolution
• Coordinate business validation, facilitate signoff of mapping and reconciliation results, and serve as the primary liaison between the business, FIS, and technical teams for data conversion activities

Requirements:

• 10+ years leading enterprise data conversion or core system implementation projects
• Strong experience with data mapping, reconciliation, balancing, and data validation
• Financial Services, Commercial Lending, Or Loan Accounting Experience
• Experience working with legacy/mainframe systems and modern loan servicing platforms
• Strong SQL and Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation
• Experience working with business stakeholders, implementation vendors, and technical teams through multiple mock conversions and production cutover
• Capital Markets lending experience, including participated and syndicated loan servicing
