Field Marketing Manager

Taurus Endoscopy is seeking an entrepreneurial Field Marketing Manager to lead commercial marketing activities across the Eastern United States. This role involves supporting cases, generating market insights, and developing training programs to enhance the adoption of innovative GI technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-procedure clinical support and gather market intelligence and customer insights to impact commercial strategy
• Create digital campaigns, educational content, and marketing collateral
• Build relationships with key gastroenterologists, surgeons, and clinical staff
• Coordinate and represent Taurus at regional and national meetings, courses, and trade shows
• Drive commercial adoption of Taurus products across targeted U.S. sites
• Lead the full commercial process—from prospecting and product evaluations through VAC approvals and contract execution

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in medical device marketing and sales
• Experience in GI or flexible endoscopy is required
• Clinical confidence supporting endoscopic procedures and physician training
• Proven ability to develop new markets, close business, and grow strategic accounts
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a collaborative, self-starting mindset
• Ability to travel up to 70% throughout the U.S. (primarily East Coast)
• Startup experience is highly valued
