Social Media Marketing Intern

Two Roads Social is a boutique social, influencer & talent management agency seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern. The role involves supporting the social presence of three brands by identifying trends, managing community engagement, and assisting with content strategy and creator research.

Responsibilities:

• Scroll social daily and surface fresh, relevant trends for three of our brands
• Come up with trending sound suggestions tailored to each account
• Keep a pulse on what's happening across the social space and flag what we should jump on (fast)
• Handle light community management on our accounts — replying, reacting, and keeping engagement warm
• Interact as the brand on other accounts to build presence and grow reach
• Serve as a second set of eyes for our Social Supervisor on all content and strategy
• Check accounts to confirm content actually posted as scheduled
• Support the scheduling of content across accounts
• Source creators for accounts who fit brand voice, audience, and content standards
• Maintain a running list of creator suggestions with handles, follower counts, and a quick note on why they fit
• Identify accounts to tag and engage for accounts, including local orgs, healthcare communities, and employer brand accounts
• Flag creators already posting about the brands or category so we can jump on organic momentum
• Attend client meetings on a bi-weekly basis
• Act as the right hand of the Social Supervisor — jumping in wherever support is needed

Requirements:

• Genuinely Social-obsessed. This is the big one. You live on the apps, and you're deeply plugged in on trends and what's happening in the social space
• A current college student (or recent grad) looking for hands-on agency experience
• U.S. based (required). Dallas / DFW area is a plus but absolutely not necessary
• Reliable, self-starting, and comfortable working remotely with light structure
• Working knowledge of AI tools is a huge plus
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Metricool, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• An eye for brand voice and visual consistency across different accounts
