Social Media Marketing Consultant

Together Achieving Dreams Foundation is a national nonprofit dedicated to increasing employment opportunities for the blind and low vision community. They are seeking a Marketing & Social Media Consultant to help tell their story and grow their online presence by creating engaging content and supporting marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging social media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Develop and execute against a content calendar, including 2 social media posts a week
• Collaborate with the Communications Manager to ensure all messaging aligns with TAD's brand and communications strategy
• Assist with designing digital marketing materials including flyers, event invitations, graphics, and promotional pieces
• Assist with monthly newsletter campaigns through Mailchimp
• Help maintain and update content on the TAD website using Webflow
• Monitor social media performance and recommend ideas for continued growth and engagement
• Assist with additional communications and marketing projects as needed

Requirements:

• Creative and passionate about storytelling
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects independently
• Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, remote environment
• Excited about helping grow a mission-driven nonprofit
• Experience with Canva
• Experience with Mailchimp
• Experience with HubSpot
• Experience with Webflow
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Experience with all social media platforms listed above
• Experience with nonprofit marketing or disability inclusion
