Social Media Marketing Intern (Unpaid/Remote)

Pinetree Health is hiring a Social Media Marketing Intern to support digital marketing, content creation, paid advertising, and brand development. The intern will create clear, professional content that communicates Pinetree Health’s value to physician practices and healthcare leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and create content for Pinetree Health’s LinkedIn page
• Write LinkedIn posts, articles, website copy, email content, and marketing materials
• Design social media graphics, carousels, infographics, flyers, and other promotional assets
• Support LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaign development
• Assist with ad copy, creative development, campaign setup, and performance tracking
• Research healthcare, revenue cycle management, and AI industry trends
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across marketing channels
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams on campaigns and content

Requirements:

• Strong graphic design experience using Canva and Figma
• Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills
• Experience creating social media graphics, carousels, infographics, or marketing collateral
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini
• Basic understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Portfolio or examples of previous design or content work
• Interest in healthcare, AI, technology, or B2B marketing
