Growth Marketing Manager, Web & CRO

Cresta is a company that unlocks the true potential of customer experience through its unified AI platform. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Web & CRO to lead the website strategy and execution, driving organic traffic and improving conversion rates to turn the website into a measurable source of pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Own website strategy and roadmap, ensuring Cresta.com evolves alongside the growth of the business and marketing organization
• Spearhead the website CRO strategy, designing and running a continuous testing and experimentation program to improve conversion rates across key pages and user journeys, turning more visitors into MQLs and pipeline
• Manage web intake and prioritization, managing 5+ new weekly requests across stakeholders and maintaining a clear, transparent backlog and delivery plan
• Project manage internal stakeholders and external partners, working in lockstep with our web agency to scope, prioritize, QA, and ship high-quality work
• Oversee Webflow CMS operations, including page builds, updates, QA, publishing workflows, and governance standards
• Elevate website quality through improvements to messaging clarity, information architecture, template consistency, and overall user experience
• Lead website localization efforts, partnering with the International Marketing Manager to define requirements, manage implementation, and establish scalable workflows for multi-language site expansion
• Build website performance reporting and insights, partnering with Marketing Ops to ensure clean measurement across GA4, Looker dashboards, and downstream systems
• Proactively identify and evaluate new tools, technologies, and industry trends to improve site performance, administration, and competitive positioning

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in web marketing, website management, or growth roles in B2B SaaS
• Demonstrated experience owning a marketing website end-to-end, including roadmap development, prioritization, and cross-functional execution
• Deep hands-on experience with enterprise web CMS platforms, including page builds, updates, QA, and publishing workflows
• Experience working closely with and managing external web or design agencies
• Proficiency with GA4 and Looker or similar BI tools; hands-on experience with web experimentation and A/B testing to drive conversion improvements
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of incoming requests while maintaining clarity and prioritization
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and strong sense of quality for web experiences and brand presentation
• Industry-specific experience or hypergrowth scale-up experience
