Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across multiple platforms
• Develop and implement social media strategies
• Create and curate content
• Schedule posts
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics based on analytics
• Collaborate with SEO and content teams to ensure social media efforts complement broader digital marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, including platform-specific best practices and audience growth tactics
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to convey brand messages clearly and build engagement across diverse audiences
• Skills in Content Strategy, including planning editorial calendars, aligning content with marketing goals, and coordinating with SEO initiatives
• Digital Marketing skills, such as analytics interpretation, campaign optimization, and familiarity with paid social and cross-channel integration
• Relevant experience in managing brand or agency social media accounts, preferably in a digital marketing or SEO-focused environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail
• Experience with social media analytics tools
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Proficiency in basic graphic design or multimedia tools
