Sales Account Manager

ITR America LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven OEM Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by maintaining and growing current OEM customers and identifying new business opportunities within the equipment manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Visits current and prospective customers with the objective of increasing sales
• Improve and strengthen relationships with all customers by continually learning about their business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in all OEM accounts
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand business within existing accounts
• Develop personal sales goals per account by utilizing historical sales data, the customer’s sales forecast, predicted new projects, and winning competitors’ business
• Continually identify new sales opportunities through prospecting. Follow-up with prospects via email, phone call, and most preferably, face-to-face visits
• Identify and designate Target Customers. Establish and implement sales and marketing strategies for penetrating those accounts
• Liaise between ITR engineering and the customer during new project development. The account manager must ensure prompt, clear, and proper communication in both directions until project completion
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Work closely with key accounts to understand their current and future needs. Collaborate with ITR engineering to develop new products or modify current products to meet customer and market demands
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations with current and potential customers
• Develop presentations for specific market segments (mining, forestry, drilling, earthmoving, asphalt, concrete, etc.) and be prepared to demonstrate the presentations when given the opportunity
• For initial presentations to potential customers, maintain the USCO corporate PowerPoint and keep it current
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries, service needs, questions, or complaints regarding products, services, billing issues and deliveries
• Work closely with ITR Quality Manager in response to any quality or warranty issue. Remain involved until the issue is completely resolved and customer is satisfied
• Continually work with customers to maintain current production forecasts to enable ITR factories to keep standard lead-times and to ensure that ITR Solutions inventories can support expected delivery dates. This includes production components, service parts, and complete track systems
• Develop annual sales forecasts by consulting with each OEM, obtaining their projections for the purchase of our components and/or complete track systems
• Attend trade shows and equipment exhibitions to prospect for new potential customers and to meet with current customers who may be exhibiting in the show/exhibition
• This position requires travel to current and prospective customer locations, trade shows/exhibitions, demos, corporate ITR meetings, etc. The account manager will be willing to travel as much as necessary to carry out the duties of revenue growth for ITR Solutions and customer satisfaction for our client base

Requirements:

• 8 years' technical OEM sales experience
• Very proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven track record in large OEM sales within the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of OEM sales cycles, procurement processes, and industry dynamics
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
• Understanding of construction equipment industry
• Knowledge of undercarriage components
• Ability to discuss components, track systems, ITR factory capacities and capabilities with customers
• Ability to present customers with product line solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
