Global Events and Field Marketing Manager

Lineal is seeking a Global Events & Field Marketing Manager to own the planning, execution, and experience of their worldwide events program. This role involves leading various events, managing logistics, and partnering with sales and marketing teams to create impactful experiences that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Own the planning and execution of Lineal's global events portfolio, including:
• Flagship owned events
• Executive and client events
• Industry conferences and sponsorships
• Customer advisory boards
• Internal company meetings and events
• Manage all event logistics, including:
• Project plans and timelines
• Budgets and forecasting
• Venue sourcing and contract management
• Vendor coordination
• Swag and promotional materials
• Registration management
• Travel coordination
• Onsite event execution
• Partner with sales, leadership, and external stakeholders to align events with business objectives, client engagement, and pipeline generation
• Travel to represent Lineal at conferences, client events, and industry engagements
• Deliver premium, high-touch experiences that reflect the Lineal brand and create lasting impressions with clients, prospects, and partners
• Partner with the marketing team to promote events before, during, and after each program
• Create and manage event-related marketing assets, including:
• Booth graphics and signage
• Presentations and collateral
• Event invitations and email campaigns
• Landing pages and registration experiences
• Promotional materials and digital assets
• Coordinate attendee communications throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional experience from invitation through follow-up
• Collaborate with Sales on prospect engagement, meeting scheduling, and client hospitality surrounding key events
• Support broader marketing initiatives as needed, including campaign execution, creative production, and project coordination
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines to keep events on schedule and stakeholders aligned
• Manage relationships with venues, production partners, vendors, and suppliers
• Track event budgets, invoices, and forecasts while identifying opportunities to maximize value and ROI
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across marketing, sales, leadership, and external partners to ensure successful execution
• Maintain organized documentation, timelines, and event processes that can scale as the company continues to grow
• Measure event performance through attendee engagement, pipeline influence, budget performance, and overall event success
• Manage post-event follow-up activities, including attendee feedback, reporting, lessons learned, and recommendations for future improvements
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve event experiences, operational efficiency, and marketing impact

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in event management, field marketing, experiential marketing, or a related role
• Proven experience managing complex events from planning through execution
• Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills with confidence interacting with executives, clients, partners, and vendors
• Experience managing event budgets, contracts, and external partners
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Experience creating booth graphics, presentations, event signage, and marketing collateral
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40–50%, both domestically and internationally
• Comfortable supporting a global organization across multiple time zones
• Experience in legal technology, B2B technology, or professional services
• Experience working within a global organization
• Experience supporting account-based marketing or field marketing initiatives
• Experience managing premium executive or client hospitality events
