Product Marketing Manager

Trackforce is the leading SaaS platform for physical security workforce management, transforming operations globally. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to oversee go-to-market strategies for their product portfolio, focusing on effective positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.

Responsibilities:

• Build differentiated positioning and messaging for distinct security buyers from guard company operators to corporate security directors
• Own end-to-end launch execution: launch plans, assets, cross-functional readiness, and post-launch results
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with enablement: decks, demos, battlecards, and objection handling
• Track adoption and launch performance, partnering on Pendo in-app guidance and KPIs
• Run voice-of-customer research to validate messaging and feed insights back to Product

Requirements:

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing
• Proven track record owning launches from messaging through adoption
• Exceptional writing and cross-functional leadership through influence
• Comfort with a fast release cadence and data-informed GTM decisions
