Insurance Product Management Consultant I

Allstate is a well-established insurance company that has been innovating for over 90 years. They are seeking an Insurance Product Management Consultant I to join their Product Management team, where the individual will help shape future car-buying experiences by analyzing data, supporting product initiatives, and driving business results.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of product initiatives and business strategies
• Coordinate projects and programs across multiple departments to ensure successful execution
• Analyze product, market, competitor, financial, and risk management data to identify insights and opportunities
• Measure results, communicate findings, and provide recommendations to leadership
• Assist with process improvements and organizational change initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support product, pricing, and risk management strategies
• Monitor initiative performance and help ensure successful implementation and execution
• Create presentations and reports that help communicate business results and recommendations

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Power BI and an interest in working with data and reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, interpret, and act on information and business insights
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable asking questions and collaborating with others
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Product Management experience or exposure
• Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
• Background in the automotive industry
• Sales experience or customer-facing business experience
