West Coast Enterprise Sales Account Executive

Rentana is a company focused on transforming the real estate industry by leveraging AI to enhance revenue intelligence. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the multifamily housing industry
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand industry trends
• Work closely with the product team to communicate customer feedback and influence product development
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ranging from small property owners to large real estate firms
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote our product and brand
• Establish and implement sales processes and metrics to monitor and evaluate sales performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a software sales or real estate sales role
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and effectively close deals
• Strong understanding of the multifamily housing market and its key players
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed and grow the business
• Prior Multifamily or Revenue Management Sales or operating experience
