Sales Account Executive

ITI Digital is a high-growth technology company transforming how Destination Marketing Organizations engage visitors and power local economies across North America. They are seeking a Full-Cycle Sales Account Executive who will own their territory and drive new business through strategic outreach, engaging software demos, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Hunting: Execute strategic, multi-channel outreach (calls, custom emails, video, LinkedIn) to executive directors and tourism decision-makers
• Full-Cycle Execution: Run high-impact discovery calls, deliver compelling live software demos, handle objections, and navigate buying committees to close deals
• Pipeline Creation: Turn cold prospects and dormant leads into active revenue opportunities; maintain high daily activity standards
• Deal & CRM Discipline: Keep data clean, manage pipeline accuracy, and maintain precise forecasting in HubSpot CRM
• Exceed Quota: Consistently meet and beat quarterly and annual revenue targets

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a documented track record of quota overachievement and fast career progression
• Hunter Mindset: Highly motivated by opening new accounts, creating pipeline from scratch, and maximizing earning potential
• High Energy & Drive: Competitive, resilient, coachable, and eager to take on increasing levels of leadership
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding pitch, presentation, and closing skills over video and phone
• Tech-Fluent: Skilled in leveraging CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and modern sales tools to drive efficiency
