Sales Development Representative (SDR)

MioCommerce is a fast-growing software platform aimed at helping home-service and local SMBs streamline operations. They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads, educate prospects, and book product demos for Account Executives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels to identify and engage potential customers
• Qualify inbound leads and assess fit based on business type, needs, and readiness to adopt Miocommerce
• Clearly articulate Miocommerce’s value proposition and how our platform improves operations for home-service businesses. Book high-quality product demos for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate and organized lead data in our CRM. Knowledge of HubSpot is a definite plus
• Hit and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, qualified meetings, and pipeline generated
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging, targeting, and lead quality
• Learn the MioCommerce product deeply to educate prospects and identify opportunities

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in an SDR or outbound sales role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Persistence, self-motivation, and a willingness to pick up the phone
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rapid experimentation
• Ability to understand customer pain points and communicate solutions effectively
• Coachable and excited to learn modern sales techniques
• Knowledge of HubSpot is a definite plus
• SaaS experience is a strong asset
• Experience selling to SMBs or home-service companies is a plus
