Customer Service Sales Representative

NSOL BPO is looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Sales Representative to join their remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound cold calls, engaging with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients
• Introduce company services in a professional and engaging manner
• Qualify prospects and identify business opportunities
• Schedule appointments with interested prospects
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM
• Meet daily and weekly calling and appointment-setting targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities
• Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Dedicated and professional home workspace
• Reliable laptop or desktop computer
• Noise-canceling headset with a clear microphone
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Backup internet solution (mobile hotspot or secondary ISP)
• Reliable electricity with a backup power source (UPS, inverter, or generator)
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
