Business Performance Analyst (Associate)

Finezi Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Business Performance Analyst (Associate) to support an Enterprise AI Portfolio and Value Capture Program. This role focuses on tracking AI initiatives, maintaining portfolio data, supporting governance activities, and producing meaningful reports to help leadership measure the value and progress of AI investments.

Responsibilities:

• Track AI use cases throughout their lifecycle, including intake, governance, delivery, production readiness, ownership, status, and value realization
• Maintain portfolio trackers, dashboards, and reporting data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support value capture activities by documenting projected and realized business benefits, cost savings, investments, assumptions, and performance metrics
• Analyze portfolio trends, including AI pipeline, platform utilization, funding requirements, delivery readiness, and functional area performance
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, governance teams, and project owners to collect missing information, validate project status, and resolve outstanding items
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, meeting notes, action items, and executive summaries
• Organize and maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, and SharePoint repositories
• Identify data quality issues, recommend process improvements, and support reporting automation initiatives
• Assist with portfolio governance meetings, follow-up communications, and operational support activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience supporting business operations, portfolio management, PMO, governance, reporting, or business analysis functions
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel

• Experience working with Power BI
• Experience working with PowerPoint
• Experience working with Microsoft Word
• Experience working with Microsoft Teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
