Business Analyst

Swoon is seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale business initiative focused on process improvement and operational readiness. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, support testing activities, and ensure the successful adoption of new solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, define, document, and prioritize business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and support implementation efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation activities, and readiness efforts
• Develop training materials and assist with end-user training and adoption
• Support communication efforts, process alignment, and go-live preparation
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements
• Serve as a liaison between business users, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Assist with additional program and operational support activities as needed

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar experience
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience supporting process improvement or implementation initiatives
• Experience with UAT, testing coordination, or business validation
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting business transformation initiatives
• Experience creating training materials or supporting user adoption
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Strong documentation and analytical skills
