Senior Business Process Analyst

R2 Global is seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Analyst to support enterprise-wide business transformation and ERP initiatives. This role will serve as a key link between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping drive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational excellence across a global organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and standardization
• Develop process maps, workflows, operating procedures, and supporting documentation
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to define future-state business processes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through process performance measurement and analysis
• Support ERP implementation and enhancement projects from requirements gathering through deployment
• Participate in business process design, solution validation, testing, and user adoption activities
• Ensure system functionality aligns with documented business requirements and operational goals
• Assist with troubleshooting and ongoing support of business processes and enterprise applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated business solutions
• Create and maintain test scripts, business scenarios, and validation documentation
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including execution, issue resolution, and documentation of results
• Develop training materials, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
• Deliver end-user training and act as a subject matter resource throughout system deployments
• Support change management activities to drive successful adoption of new processes and technologies
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, functional teams, and technical resources
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Work across organizational boundaries to ensure solutions support both functional and cross-functional business needs
• Advocate for business requirements while balancing enterprise-wide objectives
• Participate in business process workshops and solution design sessions
• Document current-state and future-state processes
• Promote process standardization and best practices
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
• Review system configurations and process designs
• Validate that solutions meet business requirements
• Develop and refine user stories, business requirements, and test scenarios
• Support the planning and execution of UAT activities
• Coordinate key business scenarios and test cases
• Track and manage process-related change requests
• Document testing outcomes and process updates
• Assist with training delivery and post-go-live support
• Act as a business process champion and super user
• Monitor process effectiveness and recommend ongoing improvements
• Support adoption and stabilization efforts following deployment

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, ERP implementations, or business process improvement initiatives
• Proven experience supporting enterprise software implementations in complex organizations
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions
• Strong experience with process documentation, UAT, and change management
• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or comparable ERP platforms
• Knowledge of integrated business systems such as CRM, eCommerce, EDI, or legacy ERP applications
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable
• Experience working in global or multi-site environments preferred
• Experience within one or more of the following industries is strongly preferred: Medical Device, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Highly Regulated Industries
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as 21 CFR Part 11, GMP, GLP, SOX, or SOC2 is considered a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant business experience will also be considered
