New Business Development / Sales Account Executive

Rothschild Marketing is a promotional marketing company specializing in high-impact swag and memorable events. They are seeking a New Business Development / Sales Account Executive responsible for driving new revenue, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities:

• Driving new revenue and expanding client relationships
• Identifying and qualifying new leads
• Conducting discovery calls
• Presenting promotional and event solutions that align with client objectives
• Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and closing
• Ongoing account management to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop customized swag and event concepts
• Maintaining accurate CRM records
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proactive outreach and networking
• Creating relationships and optimizing strategies for lead generation and conversion
• Consistent follow-up
• Representing Rothschild Marketing’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in virtual meetings, calls, and digital communications

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and using CRM tools effectively
• Candidates should possess Account Management capabilities to oversee projects, coordinate deliverables, and maintain ongoing client engagement
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident virtual presentation abilities
• Candidates should possess Relationship Building strengths, with the ability to earn trust, understand client needs, and create long-term partnerships
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, problem-solving, and a client-first mindset
• Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, self-motivation, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with sales metrics, pipeline management, and meeting revenue targets
• Experience in B2B sales, promotional products, marketing, or events is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required
