Customer Service Representative - Remote - 8/24

OneTouch Direct is a leading provider of contact center solutions in the nation, working with Fortune 500 companies to deliver exceptional service. They are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries and concerns regarding their products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide accurate solutions
• Process orders, amendments, and returns efficiently
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff when necessary
• Provide feedback to improve customer service processes

Requirements:

• MUST LIVE IN THE SAN ANTONIO REGION TO BE CONSIDERED
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think critically
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment
• A laptop or desktop computer (not a Mac, Surface, or Chromebook) running Windows 11 or higher
• Hardwired internet connection (ethernet) required
• USB headset (not wireless) with noise-canceling features
• Webcam (external or integrated)
• Minimum internet speeds for WFH programs is now a minimum of 50 mbps download and 25 mbps upload
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Previous experience in a call center or remote support role
