Customer Service Representative- Billing & Enrollment 1

Wipro is a digital transformation partner with ambitious goals, seeking a Customer Service Representative for Billing and Enrollment. This role involves being the first point of contact for customers, providing information and resolving inquiries related to billing and account questions.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and composed demeanor in all interactions
• Possess a strong aptitude for learning and robust problem-solving capabilities
• Ascertain customer requirements, probe for clarity and understanding, and leverage decision-support tools and resources to resolve both standard and complex issues requiring conceptual thinking and problem-solving
• Prepare and maintain accurate and complete documentation, including timely and appropriate account notations
• Utilize call tracking databases for efficient information tracking, documentation, and retrieval
• Ensure service delivery adheres to established contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years' experience in related field Health Insurance (Affordable Care Act)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to accommodate rotating shifts as required by operational needs
• 3+ years experience in related field
