Senior Staff Engineer

Ayna is a company that helps industrial and industrial technology companies make better decisions and execute them with discipline. They are seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to lead the design and implementation of their next-generation enterprise SaaS platform, focusing on scalable architecture and AI integration.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy a number of functionalities of our core Enterprise SaaS platform, establishing scalable patterns for frontend, backend, database, and asynchronous processing
• Architect and implement production-grade Generative AI features, utilizing LLMs (e.g., Claude, Gemini) for complex reasoning, orchestration, and autonomous agentic workflows
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, owning initiatives from end-to-end. You will handle everything from schema design and API development to creating highly intuitive, clean, and responsive user interfaces
• Directly interact with our customers. You will participate in discovery, gather feedback, and translate real-world client pain points into elegant technical solutions
• Set up robust, secure cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and data isolation practices required for enterprise-grade SaaS compliance
• Make high-stakes architectural decisions (tech stack selection, data modeling, third-party integrations) that balance rapid time-to-market with long-term engineering excellence
