Sales Account Executive

The Account Executive role is responsible for driving new business growth and managing client relationships, including prospecting leads, delivering demos, and ensuring successful onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify leads
• Deliver product demos
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through close
• Prepare proposals
• Negotiate terms
• Ensure a smooth handoff to onboarding and customer success teams
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to provide feedback from the field and refine messaging and offerings
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with small business customers

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, account executive, or SDR roles, preferably within SaaS, marketing technology, or services for small businesses
• Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing new business
• Ability to conduct compelling product demos, deliver clear presentations, and communicate value propositions effectively
• Experience building and managing customer relationships, handling objections, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements
• Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment with strong self-management, organization, and follow-through
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and standard productivity software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to small business audiences
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Interest in marketing, digital customer engagement, and the challenges faced by small businesses
• prior experience in marketing or martech
