Position Title: Sales Account Executive
Base Salary: $30,000 to $50,000 annually DOE
Commission: Target commission of $40,000 annually

Job Summary
The Direct Sales Account Executive is a unique and exciting role responsible f or the promotion and sale of Ziply Fiber products and services to include high-speed Internet and voice solutions. Utilizes advanced knowledge of products and services as well as sales process experience to maximize sales and effectively work assigned territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales Execution
· Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
· Acquires new residential customers through door-to-door contact from assigned leads
· Conducts proactive discovery analysis with new prospective customers
· Develops and presents sales presentations/proposals on products and services that meet customers’ needs
· Effectively communicates and develops rapport with customers
Sales Performance & Administrative Compliance
· Achieves monthly sales quotas in high-speed data sales
· Accurately completes all necessary paperwork to support sales activities in a manner consistent with quality control guidelines, including but not limited to the following: dispositioning, entering sales orders, and reporting on sales
· Completes all administrative tasks related to products sold in accordance with department practice, policies, and procedures
Market Awareness & Territory Management
· Well-informed about our competitors' activities in assigned territory; informs manager/supervisor of changing competitive pricing programs and door-to-door sales tactics
· Creates and executes territory management plans effectively with support of manager/supervisor. Utilizes experience-based sales technique, operates independently
· Active involvement in Chambers of Commerce and other local organizations
Team Collaboration & Professional Development
· Supports team and team goals by actively participating in all sales meetings and training programs as assigned
· Attends and successfully completes training programs
· Tenacious and driven, excels in environments where reward is based on effort
· Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
Other Duties
· Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.
Required Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED.
· Minimum of six (6) months of sales experience or current or prior military service.
· Must have access to reliable transportation
· Must be enthusiastic, persuasive, persistent, and can handle rejection in the selling process
· Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service in a calm, professional manner
· Must be able to pass local community background checks and permitting processe s
· Must have access to reliable transportation to travel daily throughout your sales territories and office.
· Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.

· Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and be a self-starter
· Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
· Ability to deal with public in a professional manner
· Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations

· This role involves driving within a specific region or territory and requires the ability to safely perform all functions of operating a motor vehicle.
