Manager, Ops Excellence - SFO

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee station invoicing.
• Produce and disseminate needed performance reports.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients within the aviation and transportation sectors.
• Manage project resources, tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify potential performance improvement opportunities and develop strategies to address.
• Track SLA performance metrics and engage leaders to drive improvements.
• Communicate updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the assigned accounts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or aviation projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in Operations management tools, Excel, PowerBI, Airline DCS systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry.

Physical requirements:  

• Must be able to frequently push, pull, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, lift up to 70lbs and move up to 70lbs; and constantly walk, stand, handle, grasp and reach out. May have to reach above shoulder occasionally.

Working conditions:  

• You will need to have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime. We operate in a shift bid environment.
• Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.
• Enjoy the outdoors on a daily basis (sun, rain, sleet or snow!) May be exposed to a wide variety of weather conditions, jet and machinery noises, fumes, dirt and dust for extended periods.
